Price includes Distemper, Parvo, Bordatella, Rabies Vaccinations, Spay/Neuter and microchipping for dogs. The cats at Petsmart have been tested for feline leukemia and FIV.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Renters must have a letter from landlord stating number and kind of animals allowed. Renters must also fill out and submit a rental agreement
- Marines residing on base (MCAS-Yuma) must have prior approval by Michelle Nixon before adopting.
- All household members are required to meet your prospective pet prior to adoption.
- State law requires every pet adopted from our shelter be spayed or neutered. If you adopt a pet that has not yet been altered, an appointment will be scheduled for your pet to be spayed or neutered. Therefore, it is our policy that you not take your new pet outside Yuma County prior to the required procedure.Pet deposits must be paid and proof provided, before an animal can go home.
