Volunteer
Volunteering is a great way to show your support for Yuma’s
homeless animals. There are a variety of ways to help,
from working with the animals to assisting us in raising
money.
We hold a volunteer orientation the first Thursday of every month at the Yuma Community Foodbank, 2404 E 24 ST (map).
Age requirements:
- 12-15 year olds can volunteer at PetSmart with a parent or guardian.
- 16-17 year olds can volunteer at the shelter or PetSmart. Must schedule a one-on-one interview after orientation.
- All volunteers not yet 18 must have written permission from a parent or legal gaurdian.
Thrift store workers -
We are in desperate need of volunteers to work at one of our two thrift store locations -our permanent location off of 24 ST and 4 AVE and our seasonal location at the Arizona Marketplace. You may contact
