Reunited and it feels so good...

Thanks to our Lost and Found album and Team Glamour photos, the Fernandez family has a happy ending to their story tonight!

On July 4th, Minnie and Chief, two pugs belonging to the Fernandez family in Yuma, went missing. For over two months, Mr. and Mrs. Fernandez looked almost daily at our Lost and Found album to see if their dogs had been brought to the shelter. After searching and searching and almost giving up hope, they were in luck! Photos bearing a striking resemblance to their dogs went up on our website. So the family headed down to the shelter to see if the dogs were really theirs, a match confirmed with photos the Fernandez's brought in for identification purposes.

Chief and Minnie finally had been brought to HSOY on September 4th as strays. Tonight we are so happy to report that they are both safe at home with their family (and were very happy to see them, we might add!)

If you are missing your pet, please remember to look at our Lost and Found album and come down to the shelter. Share our album weekly with family and friends. Perhaps some day you can aid in reuniting pets with their humans!
